Cheryl Lassen is originally from Orange County, CA, has a B.S. in Developmental Psychology, and currently lives in Manhattan Beach with her amazing fiancée and wonderful pup. Cheryl has worked for Mastro’s for 18 years in many different positions. She is currently one of the corporate trainers and has opened 14 locations across the US. Cheryl is a Certified Sommelier and creative mixologist. She is part of the Mastro's Team that assists in creating cocktails for the menu and features. When not working, you can find Cheryl at the beach with her dog, watching baseball, baking, wine tasting, or making cocktails!
