Eric "ET" Tecosky is the founder and owner of Dirty Sue Premium Olive Juice - the original bottled olive brine formulated specifically for use in cocktails. If you’re drinking a dirty martini in one of America’s finer cocktail establishments, odds are the “dirty” comes from Dirty Sue. Since the company’s founding, the product line has expanded to include cocktail garnishes like hand-stuffed Wisconsin bleu cheese, garlic, and jalapeño stuffed olives and jalapeño stuffed jumbo cocktail onions, all of which are available in thousands of bars and liquor stores from coast to coast.
In addition to his work with Dirty Sue, ET was the long-time bar at Jones Hollywood, which is often called “the Best Bar in LA”. He currently works as a bar consultant and as national brand ambassador for Jack Daniel’s (fun trivia: ET was the first brand ambassador Jack Daniel’s ever hired). He publishes an annual a Jack Daniel’s cocktail book/travel journal that is shipped across the country.
He has a number of original cocktails to his credit, the most famous of which is the Jäegermeister- based “Surfer on Acid” which can be ordered in just about any bar in the US.

- One of three bartenders chosen by a major Russian vodka producer to work as US ambassadors at the Moscow Bar Show
- Featured during the popular Sundance Chanel Show, “Iconoclasts”
- Featured cocktail in the highly regarded industry book, Gary Regan’s Annual 101 Best New Cocktails for four consecutive years
- Featured in the 75th Anniversary edition of the Mr. Boston Cocktail Book
