Steven Gubb, a certified public accountant and licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, holds a BA from American University in Washington, DC, and completed the MS in accounting program at Northeastern University in Boston. An auditor for three years with the accounting firm of Laventhol & Horwath, he took that training with him and became contro‖er of Diversified Funding, Inc. in early 1982. He has extensive real estate experience in development, apartment rentals, property management, and condominium conversions.

Since 2009, Mr.Gubb has been affiliated with Healthcare Solutions Team in Chicago and Broker Service Marketing Group in Wellesley, MA. In April 2011, Mr.Gubb founded Paradise imports, LLC, with the purpose of bringing two new, a‖-natural, organic rums to market, and Gubba Rum's Gold and Silver expressions are now distributed in Massachusetts, Florida, and Louisiana, specifically in and around New Orleans, and soon will expand to Hawaii, Mississippi, Nevada, and Tennessee.
