Stuart Baxter is the Global Spirits Ambassador at International Beverage who is responsible for the worldwide education and advocation of the IBHL Spirits Portfolio.
Having worked in India for 2 years, handling the Single Malts Portfolio for Pernod Ricard, and working with Independent Bottlers, Stuart has acquired great experience and understanding of Scotch Whisky. Moreover, with over 10 years in the drinks industry in a variety of roles from Commis Sommelier to Bar Manager, Stuart has developed a strong understanding of the world of drinks.
